Looks like Studio Trigger is doing a Patreon on Twitch livestreams to promote their studio and engage with fans. Watch on Twitch the Recent Replays or the VOD on their YouTube Channel.
I find that this is a good way to build up some engagement with a fanbase and create more interest in future projects. There is quite a lot of supporters on their patreon page and it looks like a good start. According to the IGN Article the Patreon Supporters Donations goes straight to the artist.
