This looks cool game from Cygames makers of Gran Blue Fantasy. I like that the game style is more like LOTR and Game of Thrones. They hired an Ex Fox Engine Dev probably to make the game engine and it has all the qualities of a next-gen game.

As it was shown late in 2018 I suspect it might come out with Next Gen concolses Playstation 5.
