This is a well produced and inspirational documentary by Archipel. He started out as a concept artist (contractor) on Final Fantasy X, then later hired full time for Final Fantasy XII. Finally as an Art Director of Final Fantasy XV. Now freelance.

I find that its cool that the Youtube Channel Archipel managed to interview some of these artist on their work. Not so easy to get them on an interview and see them work. Plus with the language barriers as most of the Japanese creators don’t speak native english language.
